• Pay a deposit before we commence works 
• Check with your local council or an accredited private certifier on approvals your building work need
• Engage a building certifier of Your choice when required
• Abide by our Code of Conduct to be honest, fair, reliable and respectful 

Warranties

At Dural Glass, we're confident in our work and offer a standard warranty of five (5) years for all installation services we provide.

In addition, we also honour standard Fair Trading warranties:

• Defects Liability Period (DLP) of 13 weeks under our building agreements & contracts
• Statutory Warranties of two (2) years for minor defects and six (6) years for major defects
